2011 South Australian Open Gi Championships October 30th

Congratulations and Thank You to everyone who took part in this year's Open Gi Championships!

(Results are posted in the results section)

There were 190 Competitors and 52 divisions across 8 clubs. Some came as far as Port Lincoln, Broken Hill, Mildura and Melbourne. Thanks for making the trip! Jiu Jitsu is alive and well in SA!

Those who attended witness Great Jiu Jitsu across the board from the Juniors to the Seniors. The Female division is also worth a mention - Well done Girls!

Thanks to the Heads of the Clubs and All the Competitors for showing respect to your fellow Jiu Jitsu practitioners on the day.

A Special Thanks to the Team of Referees, Score Keepers and Staff who did an excellent job as usual.

Next years 2012 SOUTH AUSTRALIAN GI AND NO GI STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS will be on:

Saturday and Sunday the 24th & 25th March 2012 at ETSA Park

2010 AFBJJ South Australian Open Jiu Jitsu Championships - September 12th

Congratulations to the medal winners and ALL who competed in this years Jiu Jitsu Open. (Results section)

We had a record number of competitors from South Australia, Mildura, Broken Hill, Brisbane and Melbourne.

There where over 300 matches and 64 medal catagories. The level of Jiu Jitsu skills continue to improve and impress every year!

Thank You to Everyone - Your sportsmanship and respect On and Off the mats was recognized and appreciated.

See you all at the State Championships in April 2011.

2010 SOUTH AUSTRALIAN AFBJJ STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS

The date for the 3rd annual AFBJJ-SA State Championships has been set for Sunday the 7th March.

It will be held at ETSA Park. Entry forms and Competition information posted below

All medal winners will qualify for the Australian Champions Cup to be held in September.

Congratulations to all who took part in the 3rd annual AFBJJ-SA State Championships

The 3rd annual AFBJJ-SA State Championships which was held on March 7th at ETSA Park had a record turnout with over 75 medal events.

Congratulations to all the Medal winners who have qualified to represent South Australia in the AUS Champions Cup to be held in Perth on September 18th 2010.

A BIG Thank You to all who helped in making this event possible. It's great to witness the skill level across the board increasing every year.
